We have no intention to rent, sell or pass on your information to others. Third parties who supply us with services such as the website will have their own policies which we do not control. Your payment details are not passed on to us by our payment providers. Please be aware that these third parties will have their own cookies and privacy policies. This website uses cookies and similar technologies, which are small pieces of information that download when you interact with the site. It appears that these help the site run well and improve your experience of the site and it is for this reason that, functional, required, analytics and performance cookies are enabled. A banner allows you to accept or decline them. Some cookies are always used however as they allow the hosting platform to securely provide this site. Under the UK General Date Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful base we rely on for the processing of your personal data supplied by you when you book, is that we have a contract with you to provide a service or product. Your information is securely stored. Once you are booked with us the information you give will be used for your booking and contact information added to our newsletter data base. We will mail out to the newsletter recipients every couple of years to ask if it’s still ok to hold that contact information. If, at any time, you wish us to check, amend or have us delete your data then please contact us (top of the page) and we will do so. We will make every effort to be transparent over this important area so that you feel safe.
