We are not open to the public making prior booking essential. We are pleased to welcome guests who’ve booked and strive to create a safe, kind and respectful environment, these terms of service are part of that.

If you have to cancel your attendance you will be offered an alternative date/retreat. Similarly, if we have to cancel you will be offered an alternative date/retreat. It’s the customer’s responsibility to check reservation details and remember the date! Users of the website should be 18 years of age or older. Bookings can only be taken from people 18 years of age or older who agree to be entirely responsible for all fees incurred. Under 18s can visit with an adult. We reserve the right to offer discretionary discounts and this does not affect the price paid by others.

Customers are expected to respect the boundaries of the Local Wildlife Site and not wander into any neighbours’ land. Attendance at a booked retreat or other event does not give the customer ‘access all areas’ to either the Local Wildlife Site or our home and customers will be given guidance on which areas are open to them which might differ from a previous time of visiting. We reserve the right to deny entry or to ask people to leave without refund.

We aceept no responsibility for losses or damages to personal possession when at Washbrook Meadows or any losses or damages incurred from the website not being fully up to date or for the contents of any links displayed.

We will post on the website any permanent or temporary changes to these terms.
