Find a spring board to your poetic voice on this half-day workshop lead by writer, performance poet and experienced group facilitator, Amy. There will be an opportunity for you to encounter an existing seasonal poem through participative reading and discussion and then go on to create your own ‘found’ poem. All in the inspiring setting of the Local Wildlife Site, in this light-hearted and supportive retreat with homemade cake and a cuppa.

All materials supplied but bring a favourite journal and pen if you wish. A little about your groups facilitor….Amy enjoys creating welcoming spaces for learners from all walks of life. A champion of Coventry’s rich history and culture, she is a collector of tall tales and loves helping others tell their stories. As a dual citizen of the US an UK, she is comfortable with writing and performing from the perspective of a relative outsider.
